Our goal is to inspire a natural life style, care for the earth and environment, as well as to encourage independent living and thought, grassroots social cooperation, and meaningful, self-sufficiency oriented life styles off the mainstream grid.
We love food!!! Growing our favorite fruits and veggies is one our top priorities on I'olani Farm! We have planted over 200 trees in the last 2 years here on our sustainable, organic, permaculture style farm. And there were already old growth mangoes, avocado, guavas, banana and sugar cane here to enjoy(after an arduous journey of de-vining!). We have been experimenting so far in the gardens and producing mostly for our family farm use and meals for our guests!
I'olani Farm is blessed to be nestled into the sloping mountain side of Puna on the island of Hawai'i. Hawai'i is also known as Big Island or Big I ;)
Since we love our food so much and are also honored to have an on-site vegetarian chef, we are offering delicious, home made, fresh picked, all local and organic vegetarian breakfasts and dinners!
Raw sugar cane juice is a super food!!! Integrating raw foods into your life can allow you to feel super good!!!

Treat yourself! We offer natural, therapeutic healing through many different modalities here at I'olani Farm. There is an onsite holistic healer and we also have many other therapists and practitioners that offer work shops and private treatments at different times throughout the year.
Yoga helps all of us here at I'olani stay centered and flexible! We offer private and group classes of various styles and levels for our guests.
As we are a new endeavor, our quantity of offerings have been quite meager. Our Saba bananas have proved to be our best producers so far and it's been nice to have more than enough to take to town to the local markets! :)
Here is the updated list of available goodies from the garden:
1. Saba Bananas
3. Yellow Lilikois
4. Big I green papaya
